1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeNest ("the Platform"), operated by Safrons LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

TradeNest is an information directory connecting buyers with independent third-party vendors. Safrons LLC is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors and does not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor.

3. Vendor Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, products, pricing, certifications, and contact information. TradeNest may, but is not obligated to, verify vendor information. A "verified" badge indicates internal review only and is not a guarantee of quality, legality, or business performance.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction with a vendor, including verifying credentials, samples, contracts, payment terms, shipping, customs, and applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

5. No Commission, No Escrow

TradeNest does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or take commissions on deals between buyers and vendors. All transactions occur directly between the two parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Use the Platform for illegal goods, services, or activities
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse vendor contact data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and code is owned by Safrons LLC or its licensors. Vendor-submitted content remains the property of the vendor, who grants TradeNest a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Safrons LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safrons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction with a vendor.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
