TradeNest is operated by Safrons LLC ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, Safrons LLC is the data controller for personal data processed via this Platform. You can reach us at contact@tradenestglobal.net.
2. Data We Collect
- Vendor data: business name, contact details, country, category, photos, and any information you submit on the listing form.
- Buyer/visitor data: messages submitted through the contact form (name, email, subject, message).
- Account data: if you create an admin account, your email and authentication metadata.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and similar log data collected by analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Cookies: session, preference, and analytics cookies.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Consent — analytics cookies and marketing communications.
- Contract — listing your business or processing your contact request.
- Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving the Platform.

- Publish vendor listings and enable buyer–vendor contact.
- Respond to contact form submissions and support requests.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. listing confirmations).
- Analyze usage to improve the Platform.

5. Sharing of Data
We share data only with processors who help us run the Platform (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics). We do not sell personal data. Vendor listings are public by design.
6. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Vendor listings remain until removed by the vendor or by us. Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months.
